Located at pilot friendly Lakewood Airport (N12) in Lakewood, NJ just off Exit 89 of the Garden State Parkway, the Monmouth Area Flying Club comprises approximately 125 coed members ranging in age from high school students to a World war II veteran pilot. Originally the Fort Monmouth Army Flying Club, the MAFC was separated from all military affiliation in 1985. We currently have a fleet consisting of a Cessna 152, two Cessna 172s, a Piper Archer and a Piper Arrow. All aircraft are GPS equipped. Further information is available through the website above.
