Your single engine seaplane training will begin at the newly renovated state of the art facility located inside Desert Skies FBO on the Lake Havasu City Municipal Airport.
Instruction begins with a comprehensive computer based ground instruction program and moves outside to our C-172 amphibian training airplane.
We will fly to several areas along the beautiful Colorado River and Lake Havasu, where training will include takeoffs and landings in the open waters and narrow channels of the river.
The course will also include the necessary air maneuvers required by the FAA practical test standards.
Once training is completed you will meet with a designated flight examiner for your check-ride.
