International Students Welcome
Horizon Flight Center is authorized by the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (U.S.C.I.S.) to issue the M-1 student Visa form to the student who wishes to obtain a Private License, Commercial License, Airline Transport Pilotīs License, Instrument Rating, Multi-Engine Rating or Certified Flight Instructor, and Certified Flight Instructor Instrument or Multi-Engine Instructor ratings.
