Diamond Brilliance Flight Center by IKON is a Flight School located in Germany
Since December 2009 the Diamond Brilliance Flight Center by IKON,
located at the aerodrome of Egelsbach near Frankfurt,
offers pilot training at all levels - from training for the Private Pilot
License to the Airline Transport Pilot License. The Flight
Center is a co-operation between the
aircraft manufacturer DIAMOND and the Pilot Training Center IKON which has been
offering professional pilot training at its main location at Erlangen since 1987.
The Egelsbach training center has been
approved by the German aviation authority (Luftfahrt-Bundesamt) as a flight
training organization (FTO) in accordance with the European regulations for
pilot training and licensing (JAR-FCL).
Flight training at our center is
exclusively carried out on modern and optimally equipped DIAMOND aircraft, as
well as on the most up-to-date flight simulator (FNPT II) of the twin-engine
aircraft type DA 42.
Apart from instruction towards pilot licenses
(Private Pilot License PPL, Commercial Pilot License CPL, Airline Transport
Pilot License ATPL) we offer numerous instructional variants, as well as
instruction for additional ratings (e.g. Instrument Rating, Type Ratings and
Class Ratings, and all grades of Flight Instructor ratings including special
courses for Type Rating Instructors).
In addition it is possible for pilots to
charter Diamond aircraft at our Center.
